If you are not satisfied with your order, you of course have the option to return your order, or part of your order. You can return the items within 14 days. This period starts on the day of receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer. Items must be returned in their original or similar packaging. The items that are returned must be received by us in good order within the period of 14 days. If the items arrive at us too late or do not meet the requirements as stated in the general terms and conditions, we have the right to refuse the returned items. 

The right to a refund will then lapse. For further conditions regarding returns, we would like to refer you to our Terms and Conditions.

Please note: use a shipping bag/bag/box so that the original packaging of the item is returned to us in good condition. If the return is sent in, for example, the shoe box itself, this will be cannot accepted. Because this is not for us to resell.
